• The Harsch Investment Properties management office is conveniently located within the Business Center at 8275 SW Cirrus Drive in Building 15. Leasing and management personnel are available between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Conference Rooms
 

• Our industrial tenants have a general use conference room available in Building 31, located at the back of the property. The space is furnished with 10 tables and 20 chairs with 20+ additional chairs available for use. There are also 2 restrooms and a small kitchenette. The furniture can be configured multiple ways and the room is equipped with WiFi and a projector screen.
   
• Our office tenants have a general use conference room available in the 8285 Building. The space is furnished with 10 tables and 19 chairs with 11 additional chairs available. The room is equipped with a TV and WiFi and can seat up to 30 people comfortably.
